Go Green

Green beauty is picking up a lot of steam and all-natural scents seem to be following suit. Yang notes all natural scents must be tried on skin first to determine how the molecules will truly interact the wearer’s unique chemistry. Brands are being more transparent and looking for sustainable sources for more rare, artisanal-made fragrances.

Spicy

Yang recommends looking for things with pink and black peppercorns, light notes of tobacco blossom, oakmoss, and musk to evoke a spicy, sultry feel.

With the arrival of cool weather comes the urge to reach for something comforting like amber, incense, leather, woods, and all things earthy.
