Recently, my shopping picks have revolved around a trip to New York, where I was able to fully embrace fall weather with plenty of layers. This trip gave me the chance to pull some of the new coats and jackets I had been collecting out of my closet. What I enjoyed was mixing these new pieces some other favorite items from my closet—like my Réalisation leopard skirt—rethought in an entirely new way for the changing seasons.
I also added pieces from some designers I’ve had my eye on. I fell in love with the designs from New Zealand-based Georgia Alice and picked up one of their perfectly-cut cropped sweaters. I’ve also been loving everything from L.A. label Miaou and was quick to hop on board with their cool leopard jeans with a front button fly.
