These translucent colours for cheeks from Bourjois are gorgeous for end-of-summer skin – when you haven’t quite gone back to full coverage and are still enjoying a warmer skin tone.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Sorbet Blush
They’re a fairly recent release along with the Healthy Mix Illuminating Base which I can’t get as excited about to be honest, other than it’s a water based, vitamin infused formula. I think the real star of this mini collection is the blush which gives a beautiful, natural looking flush that lets your skin breathe and glow. There’s an Apricot shade and a Raspberry shade – I found the Apricot to be more tomato-ish than apricot.
It’s not really looking its best in the swatch – you’ll have to trust me that they buff up, applied with a fluffy brush (or, actually, with the Clarisonic foundation brush) to a very fresh look. They’re generously sized (but if you’re building up the colour you’ll need to use more) and cost £8.99 HERE. Weirdly, they’re called Juicy Glow Blush Drops on Boots – right hand not talking to left hand I think!
