Meet the Team: Harri, Brand Campaign Manager

Because we’re a pretty awesome bunch here at LiB HQ (if we do say so ourselves), we thought we’d let you guys get to know the team a bit better. We’re talking deep and personal here guys, it’s riveting stuff. Well, kinda… Today we’re introducing you to our Brand Campaign Manager, Harri.

Where are you from?
Herefordshire

What’s your role at LiB?
Brand Campaign Manager

What’s on your desk?
Too many fragrances and face mists

Describe yourself in three emojis

Your colleagues would describe you as…
Capital-O obsessed with: Bulldogs, my skincare routine, America, true crime documentaries, blowdrying my hair, Louis Theroux and fizzy drinks

What are you most likely to have for lunch?
Current go-to is spinach leaves, basil, tomato and mozzarella mixed together with lots of balsamic vinegar… and I can’t go a day without a Fanta Zero.

Your go-to makeup look is…
I’m obsessed with skin, so I gravitate towards products that will enhance my complexion. I rarely steer away from a bronzey, glowy base with pink blush, always with either a soft, brown smokey eye or a black winged liner and a natural lip. I’m not fussed about lipstick, so It’s normally a tinted lip balm or whatever’s on my desk/in my coat pocket.

Any beauty sins?
Biting my nails, but speaking for my 12 year old self, over-plucking my eyebrows. Shoutout to the saviour who created the eye brow pencil, I owe you!

Office pet peeve?
People that don’t put Out of Offices on

Name 3 favourite BYOB products (Build Your Own Box, FYI)

St.Tropez  Gradual Tan Tinted – Working in the beauty industry, I’m extremely lucky that I constantly get to try different products – that being said, Its a sure sign that I really love something when I go out and re-buy it myself… St.Tropez Everyday Tinted Body Lotion is definitely one of them, my beauty stash hasn’t been without a bottle for about a year. If you’re looking for a healthy, everyday glow, without the rigmarole of a lengthy fake routine, this will be totally up your street. It’s got a creamy, moisturising texture, that you can build up every other night to get a “i’ve just got back from a long weekend in the sun” tint. I’d call it no fake tan, fake tan – A**!

Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist – I feel like I’m some what of a face mist aficionado; you name one, I’ve probably tried it. Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist is up there In my face mist hall of fame. I’ll use it in the evening, after an intense face mask as a soothing toner, in the morning once I’ve applied my make up to give my base a slightly more “lived in” finish and throughout the day to liven myself up. I’ve also seen a lot of make up artists use face mists to dampen beauty blenders – I need to make a mental note to try this out.

Caudalie Vinosource Moisturiserising Sorbet – I’ve adored French skincare for years and still do to this day. The obsession began when I stayed in a gorgeous Air B’n’B in Montmartre, Paris – much to my romantic visions of what the unapologetically cool Parisian women who owned the apartment kept in her fridge, I found a bottle of fine red wine, a box of half eaten truffles (probably given to her by one of her many admirers) and…. Caudalie skincare. All the best things in life, if you ask me.  Naturally, I thought this was the chicest discovery ever and lead me to try Caudalie out for myself – in turn, I fell in love with the brands relaxed, none invasive approach to creating product. The Vinosource Moisturiser is a fail-safe in my everyday routine. Kept in the fridge (obviously), it has a cooling effect that perks up pre-made-up skin. Complexion looks immediately more alive, as if you’ve had an extra hour in bed or don’t have the hangover from hell…
