Jordyn Woods’s Red Table Talk interview, where she speaks for the first time on her Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, has only been out for 30 minutes. But Khloé Kardashian is watching and already calling Woods out for what she said during the interview with Jada Pinkett Smith.
“Why are you lying @jordynwoods?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!” Kardashian wrote in an explosive tweet.
Kardashian added minutes later that of course Thompson is at fault too. “Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child,” she wrote. “Regardless of what he does to me I won’t do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY. If Tristan were to lie publicly about what conspired, then yes I would address him publicly as well.”
Kardashian is referring to Woods’s claim that she tried to apologize to Kardashian through whatever method she could.
Woods told Smith that “I did as much apologizing as I could do, over the phone, over text. And until I get the opportunity to talk face-to-face, can she can really feel what I’m saying? but I reached out and the opportunity is there. I offered as much as I could. A lie detector test, anything. Whatever makes you feel better is what I want. But at least they know it’s there.”
Previous reports this week made it clear that the Kardashians cut off communication with Woods. And a source told People that the Kardashian family is way too angry at Woods to even listen to her. “They’re saying she should’ve reached out directly, but she did,” its source stressed. “They were just too pissed to listen to her or pay any attention.”
Of what happened between her and Thompson, Woods described them as just kissing—no makeout or anything more. “I was drunk. I was not tipsy, I was drunk,” she said. “But I was not beyond the point of recollection. I know where I was. But, on the way out [of Tristan’s house] he did kiss me. No passion, no nothing. On the way out he just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. I don’t think he’s wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in this position.”
