Justin Bieber, for the first time in nearly five years, finally committed to permanent Los Angeles property. The Biebs is reported by the Los Angeles Times to have purchased a $8.5 Beverly Hills home for him and his wife Hailey Baldwin, according to its real estate sources.
When the two were in the city previous to this purchase, they’d just stay in a hotel (usually the Montage Hotel) or at one point, the $100,00- a-month rental home Bieber got for Baldwin. The Biebs last owned a home in Calabasas that he sold to Kourtney Kardashian in 2014.
The L.A. Times detailed that the Biebs bought a 1930s Monterey Colonial that had recently been renovated by Hollywood production designer Charles Infante. The outlet has photos depicting the modern property that outside alone features a courtyard, a zero-edge infinity pool, olive trees, and a fire pit.
Inside the house, there’s five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a library, a bar, a wine cellar, and a home theater. The outlet wrote the property is over 6,100 square feet, so there’s plenty of space for Baldwin, Bieber, and their little dog Oscar Bieber.
While it’s unclear whether the newlyweds have moved into the property yet, they are in the city. Bieber and Baldwin were photographed going to church there last night.
The two have recently been spending most of their time on the East Coast in New York City, where Bieber has been getting treatment for his depression. Earlier this week, People reported that Bieber had therapists in both cities.
“Justin is still receiving treatment on both coasts, but is doing okay,” a source told the outlet. “He is very, very focused on getting better. He wants to be in a great place for his own and Hailey’s sake. He is still confident that he will get there.”
