How Cardi B and Offset are Working on Their Marriage

After months of are they or aren’t they, Cardi B and Offset are officially back together and working on their marriage.

Cardi B spoke to People yesterday about the reconciliation, saying, “I hang out with him, I talk to him every day and we do our thing…It’s just like to make things perfect…it takes time.”

She continued, “You know, f—ing and hanging out doesn’t mean that you guys are on like a perfect note, it takes time. It takes time. And it’s a marriage and there’s a child involved and family involved.”

Cardi B announced during December 2018 that she and Offset were in the process of getting a divorce amidst allegations of cheating on Offset’s part. But her husband—and the father of her daughter Kulture—has been trying to win her back ever since. On December 15 the rapper posted an extremely emotional video to Instagram where he begged his wife for her forgiveness. The next day he interrupted Cardi B’s set at the Rolling Loud Music Festival to roll out a wall of apology flowers that spelled “Take Me Back Cardi”:

The two first appeared to reconcile when they were photographed riding a jet ski together in Puerto Rico right before Christmas, but neither party confirmed that they were more than just co-parenting now. As of January 31, Cardi B has reportedly moved back into the Atlanta home she shares with Offset and baby Kulture.
