Why Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Have Changed Wedding Date a Third Time

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin just aren’t ready to commit to a wedding date yet. For the third time, TMZ is reporting, the Biebers have postponed their second wedding. The couple are legally already married: they wed at a New York City courthouse in September. But this ceremony would be their religious one for family and friends and an official celebration of their marriage. The two had sent their third Save the Date invitations out with February 28 reportedly set as the big day, the day before Bieber’s 25th birthday.

Multiple sources told TMZ that the couple’s roughly 300 guests, including Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott and Drake, were told Tuesday that the wedding was being moved again. And it’s not because the date became public. The sources made it clear to TMZ that some of Bieber’s family being unable to come out to Los Angeles for the ceremony led the Biebs to postpone the wedding this third time.

The new date, per TMZ’s sources, “will not be anytime soon.” The couple wants to “properly plan” the wedding now and give their guests “plenty of warning.” And that LA wedding may not be happening anymore either. The couple is considering a destination wedding with a smaller guest list.

Initially with this third date move, the two had “panicked” and felt they needed to rush to pick a new day. But then, sources told TMZ, they realized they’re already married, “so there’s no rush.”

People reported that same sentiment earlier this month when a source explained why the two hadn’t picked a wedding date yet. “They’re working with the schedules of all their friends and family to make sure they can be surrounded by the people they love,” a source close to Bieber told the outlet. “There’s no real rush. They’re already legally married, but they’re very excited about throwing a celebration with their loved ones.”
