I’ve seen this treatment referred to as a detox for hair, which it isn’t really. Instead, the Rita Hazan Weekly Remedy Treatment is an intense, two step conditioning routine for once weekly use (twice if your hair is very damaged). Quite frankly, I have to stop myself using it every single time I wash my hair, because I want to. It’s quite simply one of the best hair conditioners I have ever used in that my hair is transformed every time into a bouncy, shiny and soft state that a regular shampoo and condition doesn’t even come close to.
You only need a tiny amount (perhaps just slightly bigger than a pea-size) of each, and to use, you just work Step 1 through your hair quickly, rinse and then apply Step 2 and do exactly the same. There’s no waiting time at all and yet you would think, from the results, that you’d done a lengthy heat treatment. It looks like the magic is in the blend of oils – the list is long but as a start, Jojoba Oil, Mirabelle Plum, Olive Oil, and Moringa Seed Oil. It does contain alcohol and silicone so if you’re averse to those ingredients, it’s not for you. I find it so lightweight, so shine-making and so revitalizing that I just don’t care what’s in it, and it’s just so quick to use.
The minute I run out of Rita Hazan Weekly Remedy Treatment I’ll buy more because it feels like such a find. I don’t often get excited about hair care, but hands up… I’m excited about this. It’s £34 HERE (I’ve linked to Selfridges which is the only place in the entire UK that has it in stock.
