Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Trolls the GOP With a New, Perfect Video of Her Dancing

Just try to come for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter. The newly sworn in Congresswomen has proven, yet again, that she is not to be messed with.

After a few conservatives on Twitter posted a totally sweet and harmless video of Ocasio-Cortez dancing to a Phoenix song during college—with the intention of depicting her as being silly and frivolous—she decided to post another video:

In a tweet on Friday, the congresswoman posted a clip of her dancing to the song “War” by Edwin Starr before ducking into her new office. She wrote, “I hear the GOP thinks women dancing are scandalous. Wait till they find out Congresswomen dance too! 💃🏽Have a great weekend everyone :)”

It was the perfect sequel to the original 2010 video that showed her dancing joyfully on a Boston University rooftop to mimic the dance scene in The Breakfast Club:

Day one in office and Ocasio-Cortez is already winning.
