In the hours after Pete Davidson posted his Instagram yesterday opening about the bullying he has gotten since he and Ariana Grande broke up, Grande did not comment or like the photo. Responding to what he wrote, Grande told the fan, “I have never encouraged anything but forgiveness. I care deeply about Pete and his health and would never encourage any kind of mistreatment. I haven’t seen any of it because I’m blocked, but I want you to know that I would never want or encourage that ever and you should know that. I care about him deeply.”
You can see some proof of the blocking on Instagram—neither follow the other anymore:

Grande, meanwhile, has left her photos with Davidson on her page:
Grande would later repost Davidson’s note on her Instagram Story and make her point again about not bullying him. “I know u already know this, but I feel I need to remind my fans to please be gentler with others,” she wrote. “I really can’t endorse anything but forgiveness and positivity. I care deeply about Pete and his health. I’m asking you to please be gentler with others, even on the internet. I’ve learned thru my own mistakes not to be reactive on socials so I understand. But you truly don’t know what anybody is experiencing ever. Regardless of what they choose to display on social media or how they may appear in public. I can promise u that. So please let whatever point you’re trying to make go. I will always have irrevocable love for him and if you’ve gotten any other impression from my recent work, you might have missed the point.”
