Yes, the annual tree prop is here! I actually thought that the last PS collection with MAC was the last so this was a lovely surprise when it turned up in the post on Friday. It’s properly Christmassy in look in and feel in red sparkly packaging that’s both festive and glamorous. I’m happy that Patrick’s collections have done so well – he’s one of the least controversial ‘influencers’ who just loves glamour – there’s something quite joyful about him. I’m in and out of plenty of beauty forums that dissect the antics of influencers (shocking to be honest) and he rarely steps out of line.

I love the slim-line palette, Oh, Holy Eyes (sounds like something Batman’s Robin might say) with six easy to wear shades in a variety of finishes. It’s not exactly a ground breaking shade selection but it’s wearable and will make for day or smoky evening eyes. It’s £29.

The product that really stands out is the Dazzleglass in Twerk For Gifts (*eyeroll*). It’s SO lustred!

There are five Dazzleglass shades running through from this nude tone all the way through to the most vivid red shade, Ride My Sleigh. They’re £15.50 each.

You might as well wrap a utilitarian product in a fancy packaging – Patrick’s Powder is a very standard, colourless powder with a puff finisher but it somehow looks like the most glamorous product in the world. The puff is topped with a sparkly ribbon and the card casing is full-on metallic. A perfect dressing table product and it’s £24.50.
The collection isn’t available til 6th of December which implies to me that it will be quite limited. Brands do all kinds of analysis to ensure that they’re not left with stock after Christmas or run out too quickly but the late launch time implies that it will be tight this time around. Anyway, what a great collection to end on.
