Yes, those baggy, pocketed pants we all last wore in the early 2000s are back in a big way, and they provide a welcome vacation from jeans.
Not surprisingly, Hailey Baldwin is one of the first of likely many celebs to wear the trend long before we ring in 2019. At a Tommy Hilfiger event in Tokyo yesterday, Baldwin paired her jogger-style cargo pants with a sports bra and a plaid blazer, which added polish to the casual pants. The key to pulling out cargo paints this baggy is to wear something slim on top. While Baldwin went to the extreme with her bra top, a T-shirt, bodysuit, or slim turtleneck would work just as well.
