Cardi B is continuing to keep things honest about motherhood. The rapper hopped on Instagram to ask fans for tips about the ‘black line’ on her stomach following the birth of 3-month-old baby Kulture. The line starts above her bellybutton and ends just below, which Cardi showed as she posed in a black tracksuit. “Ladies how do you guys get rid of the black line in the middle of your stomach after giving birth?? cause bitch😒😒😒😒” she wrote.

The new mom is referring to her pregnancy line, which is common and usually caused by changing hormones or the imbalance of hormones, according to the American Pregnancy Association via People.
One fan reassured Cardi that the line would fade eventually. “It will go away in time. Promise. Just keep using cocoa butter to stay hydrated and it will go away in a few months,” she wrote. “Happens all the time to women of all colors.”
Cardi’s pregnancy line question follows an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where the rapper gave some honest insight about childbirth.
“Was childbirth easier or harder than you imagined it would be?” Kimmel asked Cardi B. “Uh, it was totally harder. She broke my vagina,” Cardi replied. “Nobody told me they were going to stitch my vagina.”
