Your Retinas Will Dilate Upon Seeing These Shocking, Extravagant Wedding Dresses

Several months ago, I somehow found myself on an Instagram account called @LebaneseWeddings, which, as you can probably guess, chronicles just that: (the most extravagant) Lebanese weddings. After a stunning, ornate wedding gown characteristic of the work of Zuhair Murad (which it, in fact, was) caught my eye on the explore page, 30 minutes later, I was knee deep in the photos of strangers on the other side of the Atlantic, unable to tear my eyes away from what I was seeing.

Mind you, my own wedding was over a year ago, and I have since been more than elated to put any sort of planning or search for inspiration behind me, yet I still find myself on this account from time to time, simply taking in the beauty. Custom gowns designed by the aforementioned Zuhair Murad, Elie Saab, Ralph & Russo, Georges Hobeika, and other masters of couture will simply never get boring to look at, I guess. It also doesn’t hurt that the women wearing the dresses are equally as stunning as the garments themselves.
