The Weeknd and Bella Hadid are not this summer’s most photographed PDAy couple. Instead they’d rather humblebrag that they’re still together from The Weeknd’s swanky $18 million Hidden Hills mansion. You just have to put the pieces together from their Instagrams, and fans do. Yesterday though, a real exception was made. Hadid and The Weeknd were photographed kissing outside a Los Angeles hotel before going to lunch:

Then later, The Weeknd posted a suggestive video on his Instagram Story of what happened inside their suite. It’s a fleeting second, but there’s a glimpse of Bella sleeping in the luxe bed they’re sharing:

But it’s only a flash because the main purpose of The Weeknd’s story was to show he was watching Are You Afraid of the Dark?. That’s what the high life looks like: staying at a fancy hotel with the beautiful model you’re dating even though you have an $18M mansion about 30 miles away, watching old Nickelodeon shows while she’s resting peacefully. How very nice.
