We’ve seen this format before from Clarins but to my mind it makes a lot more sense as a brow product – if you like your brows highly groomed, everything you need sits in this back-to-school contour pencil.
Benefit Brow Contour Pro 4-in-1 Pencil
The four different shades are all soft and creamy – none of the hard scratchiness I associate with brow pencils (it could be that it’s just so hot that all such products are softer than usual) and their pay-off is excellent. The pen incorporates a lighter colour, deeper colour, edge definer and a highlighter. I’ve never, in my entire life, used an edge definer on my brows and I don’t think I even know where to start with that, which is why I suggest its for high definition brows rather than an every-day kind of a thing. You need to want a certain brow look to get the very best from this.
Benefit Brow Contour Pro 4-in-1 Pencil
In the swatch above of the Brow Contour Pro from bottom to top: Edge Definer, Lighter Shade, Darker Shade and Highlight. There are six shade variants – this one is Brown Light. The pencil will cost £28.50 (yikes!!) and launches in September.
