Meghan Markle stepped out in yet another perfect outfit yesterday at the Audi Polo Challenge. The Duchess of Sussex turned out to watch her husband, Prince Harry, and brother-in-law, Prince William, play polo.
Meghan wasn’t alone for the day, however. The former actress was joined by her longtime friend, Serena William, and Williams’ husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, according to The Daily Mail. Consider this proof that being royal hasn’t changed Meghan.

The duchess took a break from her recent, super structured royal look to wear a casually chic “Ashland” sleeveless belted gingham eyelet dress by Shoshanna Gruss. She paired the dress with a white hat by Madewell, and sandals by Sarah Flint.

Now that she’s a royal, Meghan’s public wardrobe is paid for by Prince Charles (the Prince of Wales also foots the bill for what his sons and Kate Middleton wear to public events). The royal clothing budget has reportedly ballooned since Meghan and Harry’s engagement—although it’s worth noting that most of the increase is attributed to the younger royals’ increased role in public life.
