Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Have Car Breakdown During Drive to Hamptons

Back-on again couple Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber are taking another vacation from their fave Brooklyn makeout spot and retreating to the fancy fance Hamptons for July 4.

They were on the road yesterday, and all seemed good until Bieber’s fancy Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG broke down in the middle of an intersection. The newly-reconciled-but-still-causal couple had to wait for a mechanic to come by and remove the vehicle. According to People, the removal could cost the Biebs up to $200,000.

Police and Bieber directed traffic during the incident. A fan caught footage of Bieber doing his best travel marshal impression, and he was quite spirited about it:

Bieber and Baldwin did make it to the Hamptons eventually though, rest assured. Bieber’s already taking photos with fans there, and Baldwin shared a photo from a bed 17 hours ago (so from yesterday evening), meaning their budding relationship seems to have survived the breakdown:
